annotate runtestsPackage.m @ 1083:a22b23098021 feature/laplace1dUpdate

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Divide interface penalty strength by 4, to make it sharp. Stability verified by eigenvalue computations.
