annotate callConstructor.m @ 1141:91058813b6e7 feature/laplace_curvilinear_test

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Multiply by 2 in VirtaMin so that scheme is actually provably stable.
