Takes care of adding local folders to Matlabs path.
Add a `.subpaths` file in the root of the project containing the relative paths of folders to add.
Then use the following functions to interact with `mpm`.

  * `mpm.checkin`
  * `mpm.checkout`
  * `mpm.info`
  * `mpm.verify`
